Who doesn’t love house parties? Certainly not FIDLAR. (sorry for the double negative q/a.) They created a storm on NYE 2012. AND they were recently called the top punk band in LA by LA Weekly’s West Coast Sound.
According to Matt Wilkinson of NME, FIDLAR “spent the whole of CMJ rolling around stages while off their heads, and generally being more bratty than most other bands allow themselves to be these days” which led him to conclude that they were one of the more interesting acts he saw. Take that, punks.

Head over to Spinner to see FIDLAR’s “Oh” featured as a free mp3 download.

Spin named Guards one of the “30 Can’t Miss Acts at CMJ 2011”. High praise considering there are over 1300 bands performing at CMJ. Be sure to catch them and our other superb artists at CMJ (schedule below).

FIDLAR joined Fucked Up and Trash Talk this past Tuesday at El Rey Theatre. According to LA Weekly, the trio of high energy shows unsurprisingly shook the unassuming venue’s shit up.
